I am also in Louisiana and received the notice about the emergency rule back in December. I process payroll semi-monthly. I've checked for updates daily since the email went out and it still hasn't caught the update to the Louisiana withholding tables. With the first payroll of the year coming up, I am very concerned about this and the fact that Intuit has not addressed the changes.
