What you have to consider is that a wage garnishment as a deduction is equivalent to a retirement program deduction - something else you will not find being able to perform directly from within QB payroll. These are not taxes. Thus not included in Full Service payroll (only Full Service electronically submits payroll taxes without user intervention)
