It's great to have you back in the Community. Thank you for following the instructions listed above by my colleagues.

 

I see there are still problems happening when trying to access the payroll center. Is this only happening when you log in, or is it happening to everyone? If this is only happening to you, we have a broken user. In this case, we need to delete and recreate the user in QuickBooks. Just a few clicks and you are ready to go:

 

  1. Log into QuickBooks as the Admin.
  2. Locate the company tab.
  3. Select Users.
  4. Then hit Users and Roles.
  5. Pick user that is having the issue.
  6. Delete user and choose yes.
  7. Create a new user and assign correct roles.
  8. Have the user log in QuickBooks and try again.
