Buy nowYou'll have to pull up the Timesheet report from the Reports Center page in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), @Lookout1. This way, you can export the said report in Excel and keep a copy of your employees' time spent at work.
You can easily export reports to Excel from QBDT. This is to let you analyze your payroll data and save reports for your reference. Let me guide you how.
I've attached screenshots below that show the first five steps.
Additionally, you can also select either the Summarize Payroll Data in Excel or More Payroll Reports in Excel option to export other payroll data in QBDT. Just go to the Reports menu, then select Employees & Payroll.
