I'm glad to let you know that you can run the Workers' Compensation report to get the data you need, jdhandymanservic.

This report shows a breakdown of wages per employee for a specific class. Let me show you how to pull up this report;

  1. From the left menu, select Reports.
  2. In the search field, enter Workers' Compensation.
  3. Or under All, scroll down and locate Payroll.
  4. Click Workers' Compensation.
  5. Change the date range as needed, then click Run Report.
  6. Select the Wages Paid amount for a particular Workers' Compensation class.
  7. If you don't enter classes for your employees, the report is sorted by employee name.

You can check out this link to learn more about this: Understanding Workers' Comp Report.

If you need a copy of this statement, you can export it to Excel.

Let me know if you need anything else you need about the said report. Just tag my name, and I'll get back to you.
