One of the main issues is that the accrual usages are based of the paycheck date and not the actual dates taken. Until that is corrected in QBs, and an option can be added to run reports based off INSTANCE dates, not just the paycheck date, it's never going to work right. I've done ALL the things. It's a QB software issue, bottom line.
