If you haven't tried some troubleshooting steps, let's do that to rule out any browser-related issues. This helps fix your browser to work better and faster.

 

We can start by opening your QuickBooks Online account in an incognito or private browser. If it works, let's clear the cache in the regular browser and try to do the task at hand. However, if the incognito window didn't work, you can use other supported browsers.

 

Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • Chrome: Press Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Press Ctrl Shift P
  • Internet Explorer: Press Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Press Command Shift N

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Go to Help.
  3. Choose Contact Us.
