Did you ever figure out what to do?  I am about to SCREAM now!!! 

I have tried to "reactivate" and entered new billing, etc.  There is not ACTIVATE button.  My account says ACTIVE.  What am I missing?!   Please help.  Payroll needed to go out YESTERDAY.  :( :(  I would really appreciate a number to call and talk to a human.  How is that not a thing?!!
