NOTHING works. My IT even refresh the entire computer just to test out if it our computer problem or QB problem. After refreshing the computer, reinstalling a few times, we have come to the conclusion that this is a QB problem!  

QB needs to fix this 2024 issue. It's making our shipping extremely DIFFICULT.
