Prior to me getting it, the computer was crashing due to any free space being consumed by something -- (I was able to clear up 1 GB of space but in 10 minutes it was gone. Something consumed it which I think is either corruption of virus.) To my point, she tried to do a backup but it stated there wasn't;t enough room on HD. I'm wondering if the data I copied from the Users/Public/Documents/Intuit/QuickBooks/ directory contains the failed attempt or is the company files regardless of backups. I'm not sure where else the company files would be located.
