I am experiencing an issue with QuickBooks Point of Sale Desktop 19 installed on our remote server, which is accessed via Remote Desktop Connection (RDC) with 5 remote users configured.
The problem occurs when one user has the QuickBooks application open. If another user attempts to open the application, it displays an error indicating that "one instance is already running."
Could you kindly assist with resolving this issue? Is there a configuration or workaround to allow multiple users to run the application simultaneously in this setup?
