We use the Migrator Tool to move QuickBooks Desktop and company files. You might have called a different department that's why they're not familiar with the tool.

1. Select QuickBooks Desktop.
2. Click QuickBooks Setup & Navigation, then click Installing QuickBooks. 
3. You'll see the phone number below.

You can also access it in-product:

1. Click Help menu.
2. Select QB Desktop Help (F1).
3. Click Contact us.
