Buy now & saveYes, that is exactly what I am talking about. The credit card payments initiated from the pay down credit card screen are not converting to desktop. Thank you for explaining why. You suggest that I manually enter in the payments into QBDT, but there is an issue with that. My clients have years worth of credit card payments which are not feasible to enter manually. Doing so would increase my billing and time spent on each client which is inefficient. Making a journal entry each year to correct also does not help as I lose the detail that I need to review. Is there not a patch that fixes this conversion issue? Can QBO tech support fix the online file be converting all credit card payments to either a transfer or expense transaction type as a way of eliminating the conversion issue? At the very least the "Pay Down Credit Card" feature should be removed as it doesn't serve a functional purpose and creates more issues.
