I have done several QBO to QBDT conversions.  QBDT version (Pro or Enterprise) works, as long as it's a supported version of course.    Didn't the conversion just bring them over as journal entries?  Debit to expense, Credit to Credit Card Payable?  and the payments to the credit cards- came over as journal entries Debit to Credit Card Payable and Credit to Cash-in Bank?  and you have to reconcile the credit card accounts and vank accounts - ALL the historical transactions will be there- but you can put in the most recent ending balance from a reconciliation and clear everything up to that date in one fell-swoop.
