I have a template setup for invoices that I would like to add text to and mail it out. While I can add the text to the template, when it is mailed out, the person receiving the email does not get the added text. For example, I have a field called NOTE: that I add PAST DUE to, and the PAST DUE is missing from the received email. Is there a way or is it possible to add text to a saved template and mail it out as I want?
