The mobile app for QuickBooks Desktop doesn't currently allow you to send invoices or transactions. However, you can automate entries using the app. Here are the things you can do with the app:

 

  • Scan receipts to automatically create expense entries.
  • Upload bills to automate bill entries.
  • Attach documents to your transactions.
  • Increase your productivity by using warehouse and inventory management to streamline the pick-and-pack cycle, which lowers paperwork and data entry errors.
  • Control inventory stock & product details by updating packing information.
  • Integrate 2D barcode scanning on select Bluetooth barcode scanners.

 

Consider sending invoices directly through the installed QuickBooks Desktop software if you need to send them. Here's how:

 

  1. Open QuickBooks Desktop.
  2. Locate the invoice you want to send.
  3. Select the email icon.
  4. Edit the subject field and the email body if necessary.
  5. Once ready, hit Send.
