We can adjust the settings in your computer to reduce the font and screen size when accessing your QuickBooks Online (QBO) Account. Here's how:
- Click the menu icon (the three-dotted line in the upper right).
- Select the Settings option and go to the Appearance section.
- Click the Font size dropdown and choose Small.
- Choose the Page zoom dropdown and pick a number lesser than 100%.
- Once done, refresh the page. You can open your QBO account and see if it meets your preference. Please note that this will work on any page you open on your computer, not just QuickBooks Online.
QuickBooks Online for Windows and Mac desktop apps it's no longer supported as of April 20, 2021. We can still use the app, but you won't be able to get software upgrades or bug fixes, such as fixing the screen display that you have.
However, you can continue using our QuickBooks by logging into your account through a web browser. Also, make sure your operating system meets the minimum requirements to ensure you can use the program for running QBO.
Otherwise, you can change the DPI settings from your QBO Desktop app settings.
Lastly, an option to hide those reminders is unavailable. We send this suggestion to our Product Development Team so they can review and add it for future product enhancement. Here's how to send feedback:
- Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner.
- Select Feedback under Profile.
- Share your feedback.
- Click Next to submit.
