Buy now & saveMy clients bank with Chase and I am having the same issue. Numbers are now showing as XXXX, suggested payee and GL accounts are no longer helpful (they are way off and seems that the QB is not able to recognize the data in the bank detail so it is coming up with random suggestions). Rules that are based off of bank detail are also no longer working. Chase bank is the only bank I am experiencing this issue and I believe they did some sort of upgrade in May. The only way to fix is to manually open each transaction so if you come up with anything please share.
