Welcome to the Community, @Maximum!

In QuickBooks, you have two options when assigning classes to your transactions. Let me provide these options to you to help further.

You can track classes in your transactions by assigning them per transaction, or per line item.

Let me guide you in turning on your class tracking in QuickBooks.

  1. Click on the Gear icon, choose Accounts and Settings.
  2. Click on Advanced.
  3. Select Categories, tick on Track Classes.
  4. Under the Assign classes drop-down, choose between One to entire transaction or One to each row in transaction.
  5. Click on Save.

Also, you can turn on your location tracking by ticking the Track Locations in your Accounts and Settings.

This article can help you when you successfully transition to QBO: How to Set Up and Use Class and Location Tracking?

Please let me know if you have any other questions. I’ll be here to assist you. Have a good one!
