The Ship Date field is usually for transactions that involve the shipment of physical goods, which is less relevant for Estimates for providing quotes or proposals. I know how important this is to you and your business. Currently, this is still a limitation of the feature. However, if you want to add a date that serves a similar purpose as a Ship Date on Estimates, as a workaround, you can create a custom field on the Estimate form that serves the same purpose as the Ship Date. To do this:
Once done, you can update your Estimate template to include this column.
When creating an Estimate, manually enter the desired date into the column you've added. It will serve as the date you want to reflect on the Estimate.
