Buy now & saveOn 8-28-23, the sales receipt template that was set as default, that we've been using for 3yrs, all of sudden stopped working. I, the primary user, can still save our sales receipts with the template(although it no longer automatically does it. I have to manually select the preferred template even though it's checked as default). Our other users cannot save any sales receipt with the template we created. It saves it in a weird format with most of the important information missing.
I feel like Quickbooks Online did an update over the weekend and now this simple function has become complicated and affecting our flow of work.
