Buy now & saveOn page 1, User A(sales manager account) creates the sales receipt. When it is saved, this is what we end up with. Half the info is missing. It does not save using our default template. Everything was fine before 8-28-23.
On page 2, User B(primary account) takes that same invoice, has to click on our customize sales template(mind you it is already checked as default) to save for all the info to show up properly. However, if User B creates the sales receipt, it will be saved using the template automatically.
