Hello!
When I try to export a report to excel, I am only given the option to create a new CSV file.
The other options (create a new workbook, update existing, replace existing) are all grayed out.
Also, when I try to email a report and send as excel file, it fails and says, "Microsoft Excel could not be opened"
I am using Quickbooks 2016 desktop, with Excel 2010.
Do I need to link them or something? Yes, I've installed all updates on both software.
