We use Old Point National Bank.  The issue has been on the QuickBooks side.  Money was being debited from our bank account when bills were paid in QuickBooks either via ACH or Check but then taking a very long time to reach our vendors.  Now we cannot process any payments through Bill Pay in QuickBooks online.

 

We scheduled bill payments in QuickBooks online on 11/8, then on 11/9 I received emails that had "action required: we couldn't complete your payment. There was a technical issue, and no funds were withdrawn from your account. Try scheduling this payment again." We tried to reschedule on 11/9 and every day since and are still getting an error message that the payments cannot be scheduled.
