I'll route you in the right direction of support to help you export your inventory to your new Point of Sale (POS).
Since you'll want to go with Shopify, I suggest contacting their Customer Care Support Team. They can give you insights into why the export process has stopped. Also, they have the tools to check to configure the process and guide you with the alternatives if possible. You can find their updated contact information on their page or website.
