Before anything else, we appreciate you informing us about your QBO app running the latest and updated version. Since the product items don't show, we recommend freeing up the storage of the app without getting rid of its documents and data inside the device. Doing this can help you start with a clean slate and use the QBO mobile in its default settings. We'll write down the steps to get you going:

 

  1. Go to Settings, then tap General.
  2. Tap iPhone Storage, then tap the QuickBooks Online app.
  3. Tap Offload App.
  4. This will free up the storage without deleting your app's documents and data.
