However, please note that QB FedEx Shipping Manager only offers specific shipping options, and adding one rate isn't possible. I understand that this feature would be beneficial to you. I suggest submitting a feature request to our software engineers. Rest assured, our engineers will carefully analyze the input received and may consider including this functionality in future product upgrades.
To submit a feedback:
- Select the Help option, then click the Send Feedback Online option.
- Tap Select the Product Suggestion option. A pop-up window appears.
- Enter your feedback suggestion.
- Hit the Send Feedback button.
