I spoke with a pleasant support rep, F.Angelica. Unfortunately, she indicated that this was a known problem to Intuit and that she would have to contact the development team for assistance.
BUT... if its a known problem, shouldn't support be provided a known resolution?
She also indicated that it would take 24-48 hours for an email to be sent to me regarding the matter.
BUT .... this will more likely arrive outside of the 05/31/24 cutoff deadline, and therefore of no assistance.
Truly disappointed in the Premature cutoff of services, in contrast to the stated deadline of 05/31.
I had hoped for better.
