I appreciate all your efforts in dealing with this, Kiron. I understand how hard it must be for you dealing with this issue about your license.

 

I'm here to provide information about the QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) subscription-based and stand-alone product.

 

Currently, QBDT is now a subscription-based service with annual license renewal. It no longer offers a lifetime license like the previous version and is no longer a stand-alone product.

 

It seems that you have purchased a standalone product of QBDT Pro 2024 from your retailer. I recommend reaching out to your retailer for further information on why your license will expire in 7 days.

 

As much as I'd love to help you with this, we're unable to check your account here in the Community space for security reasons. That said, I also recommend contacting our support team again for further assistance and verification of your subscription or license.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Help menu.
  2. Select QuickBooks Desktop Help/Contact Us.
  3. Enter a brief description of your concern, and select Continue.
  4. Sign in to your Intuit Account, and select continue.
  5. Select chat with us or Have us call you.
