Before we proceed, please know that it isn't the experience we want you to have inside QBO. Please know that the pop-up notifications are present to suggest and guide you when using the program. Although ads can affect navigating the program, the option to disable them permanently is currently unavailable. Temporarily, you can click the X or No, thanks buttons to remove pop-ups from your QuickBooks homepage.
Also, please be aware that the option to receive credit cards as payments through invoice is enabled if you have QuickBooks Payments or it's connected and activated inside your company file. When creating an invoice, you can toggle the Slider button in the Payment section on the right side of the invoice page. These are the steps:
- Access your QuickBooks Online company.
- On the left navigational bar, click the +New button.
- Select Invoice.
- On the right side, click Payment options and then toggle the Slider button in each accepted payment methods.
- Once done, continue adding the necessary details to your transaction and then click Save or Review and send button.
