Ensure to disable the Automation Settings to prevent the purchase order from being automatically filled out with information. I'll show you how:
- Access your QBO account.
- Click on the Gear icon.
- Under Your Company, select Account and Settings.
- On the lower left side, choose Advanced.
- Scroll down and find Automation.
- Turn off the Pre-fill forms with the previously entered content option.
