Hello there, Ken. I'm here to help you out managing your purchase order in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

Ensure to disable the Automation Settings to prevent the purchase order from being automatically filled out with information. I'll show you how:

 

  1. Access your QBO account.
  2. Click on the Gear icon.
  3. Under Your Company, select Account and Settings.
  4. On the lower left side, choose Advanced.
  5. Scroll down and find Automation.
  6. Turn off the Pre-fill forms with the previously entered content option.
