I recognize the urgency of getting the certificate you've earned. Before we proceed, may I ask if you didn't receive your certificate after taking the exam? Please note that once you've passed the exam, you'll receive an email confirmation at the registered email address. You can follow these steps to check:
- Go to ProAdvisor.
- Select Training.
- In the Training History section, select Learn More.
- Note: You can download past badges and certificates in the same section.
- Find the certification you need.
- Select the icon in the Certification column.
- Select Download certificate.
If you mean that you didn't receive any email or can't find the certificate, I suggest contacting the event organizer for follow-up. You can find their email address at the bottom of this webpage: Home-pre: Get Certified: QuickBooks Online International Certification Training.
