The certificate of attendance will be issued on the day right after the live seminar through email. Based on your screenshot, the certificate will be given to attendees of sessions 1 & 2. It's possible that you attended a different session, which is why you didn't receive the certificate.
If you're certain that you selected the first two sessions, I recommend contacting our Support team so they can investigate this situation further and provide a resolution for you. I'll show you how:
- Sign in to your QBOA account.
- On the upper right corner, Click Help.
- Select Contact Us.
- Enter a brief description of your concern, then click Continue.
- Choose your preferred way to connect.
- Chat with us
- Have us call you
