@NR97  I'm not 100% on whether these specific purchases would work, but at any rate, 'General Business Expense' isn't exactly a great name, any more than 'Miscellaneous Expense'.

All that being said, it may not be relevant anyway. A significant number of people find more success taking the mileage deduction on their income taxes, and vehicle expenses and mileage are typically mutually exclusive with respect to specific vehicles.
