Yes, you are correct! Radiohunter. QBW files are the working files you use regularly in QuickBooks, while QBB files are your backup copies, which are crucial for data recovery and generally the most important to keep.

 

Also, having the additional files (DSN, ND, LGB) can be beneficial for maintaining a smooth operation without any interruptions when you restore the backup. However, they are optional if you only want to preserve your company's essential data.
