I am trying to load QB onto a new Asus computer from my old Asus computer.  I am unable to activate it on the new computer.  I use QB 2016Pro. When I click begin activation, it just loops around. sometimes it ends looping with a blank QB screen and I can only see "secure web site" in the bottom right corner.
