I had started a campaign to try to push through to the "engineers" my "enhancement request" for a bug in their software, i.e. submitting it daily for weeks.  Nonetheless, the atypical zero response from those submissions has finally culminated in my taking these continued useless responses and lack of customer focus from Intuit as their recommendation that we start the process of seeking out a replacement for QuickBooks as a whole.  They can claim this and that but it's all smoke and mirrors.

I've taken this issue to the owners of ALL the businesses I support using QB and we're actively looking for and testing new financial software.

Bottom line, if you are considering using QB as a new user...don't.  If you're currently using it...switch to something with actual customer support.
