The option to download the Excel Price Sheet to QuickBooks Online (QBO) isn't available, Tony. I'll share an alternative solution to help you find the best way forward.

You can explore third-party applications for importing price sheets from your vendors, ensuring a clear and organized importation process. While I cannot recommend a specific application directly, I can guide you through the menu and suggest some filters to help you find an application that best suits your business needs.

Let me walk you through the step-by-step process:

  1. Navigate to the Apps menu and choose Find apps.
  2. On the Search tab, key in some keywords (e.g. importer).
  3. You may also Browse categories or Browse industries, depending on your preferences.
  4. Select a specific app, then review the other app information.
  5. Once you've chosen an application, click Get app now

You can also explore the app's Reviews section for customer feedback and experiences. This will help you understand its strengths, weaknesses, and suitability for your business, aiding in your decision-making.

Additionally, I'll share some extra resources that explains how to enter a prior balance for customers who owe you money or vendors you need to pay, as well as how to keep your accounts, customers, and vendors organized:
