I've got you covered, @fistersunshine. We can make your products and services inactive to clean up your catalog when you no longer offer an item and/or are dealing with seasonal items. I'd be glad to walk you through this process.

Here's how:

1. Navigate to the Gear icon, then Products & services.
2. Select the items(s) that you want to make inactive.
3. In Batch actions, select Make inactive.
4. Confirm your choice by selecting Yes.
   

Please note that inactive items cannot be edited or used in transactions, and the quantity of inventory items will be set to zero. For further details, please refer to this article: Remove a product or service in QuickBooks Online.
