Hello, @kennedy442Let's refresh your page to rule out any browser-related issues. You can then sign out then back in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. If the issue persists, ensure your browser is fully updated and log in via an incognito or private window to bypass interference from stored cache.

 

You can also restart your browser and add Intuit as a trusted site in your settings. Should the problem remain, contact our live support team. They have the resources to investigate your account directly for a prompt resolution.
