I'd also recommend getting in touch with our Support Team. They'll be able to add your details to the notification lists.

- Click Help at the top.
- Select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Hit Contact Us.
- Give a brief description of your issue and choose Continue.
- Hit Talk to a Specialist or Start a Message.
