Hello there, @RALPropServ.

QuickBooks Desktop (QDBT) works best with Internet Explorer (IE). It's the recommended default browser, and the option to change it is currently unavailable.

I understand the importance of being able to use another browser when downloading your business bank transactions to QBDT. Since your bank no longer supports IE, you can manually import your transactions so it'll be available in your bank feeds. Let me guide you how

  1. Go to the File menu.
  2. Select Utilities, then Import and then Web Connect Files.
  3. Choose the QBO file you saved, then click  Open.
  4. When prompted to Select Bank Account, select either Use an existing QuickBooks account or Create a new QuickBooks account.
  5. Select Continue.
  6. A dialogue box will inform you that the data has been successfully read into QuickBooks.
  7. Click OK.

Once done, visit the Bank Feeds Center to review your transactions.

After importing your transactions, you can add and match them into your QuickBooks account. You can refer to this article for the detailed steps: Add and match Bank Feed transactions in QuickBooks Desktop. It contains scenarios to properly categorize your bank transactions.

Please let me know if you have other concerns. I'm just around to help.
