Yes, Intuit My Time App is compatible with macOS 10.15 Catalina. The QuickBooks Mac version in use must be at least 2019 or 2020 to use My Time on Catalina. In your case, you can consider upgrading your Mac operating system.
- Choose System Preferences from the Apple menu, then click Software Update to check for updates.
- If any updates are available, click the Update Now button to install them.
