All you need to do is a few easy steps in your account to reconcile or categorize these transactions. Here's how: 

Categorize Transactions

1. Go to the Banking tab on the left-hand menu bar. 
2. Choose the account you'd like to categorize transactions for. 
3. Hit the "For Review" section to start reviewing. 

For each transaction, you'll have the option to match, add, or view multiple matches. For further details, use this link: Categorize and match online bank transactions. 

Reconcile an account

1. Go to the Gear (Settings) icon in the top right-hand corner. 
2. Click Reconcile under the Tools column. 
3. Choose an account from the drop-down. 
4. Ensure everything looks correct or enter any information needed. 
5. Press Start reconciling when ready.
