Thank you for your response. I did export data as iif file.

Most of the other files ie vendors & such I was able to export & import successfully. My largest data sources are the problem.

               Exporting from 2018 as .iff file

               Import file>utilities>import iff

               Result – files not successfully imported

From there I cannot open the file to correct the errors. Make sense? If I click “review” it launches QB Launcher automatically. If I click open in folder, I see the folder but I cannot open it.
