I use QB Online and while I could create the set customer pricing, I have no Z icon nor can I find a way to get their pricing on the estimate. I'm very confused b/c the step by step pics look nothing like my QB Online but everyone else said it's only available in QB Online. 

I have searched every article I can find but clearly am not asking the right questiosn.
