If you already want to contact our Support Team, I'd suggest going to the Help icon in your QuickBooks Online account to see different ways to get in touch with them. Here's how:
- Click the Help icon in the upper-right.
- Select Contact Us.
- Enter a brief description of your concern and click Continue.
- Select Chat with us.
We’ve updated our contact feature for your convenience. Instead of waiting in line, you can request a callback. This way, our support will reach out to you as soon as we’re available. Also, please know that our phone and messaging teams are only available from Monday-Friday, 6 AM to 6 PM PT and Saturday, from 6 AM to 3 PM PT.
