I can confirm that the steps provided by my colleague @GlinetteC above are accurate. Please take note that you'll see this change apply exclusively to new invoices.
In this example, I set sample@email3.com as the email address that will automatically appear in the BCC field.
On the Send Forms page, you'll see the system automatically fills the BCC field with the email address I stated above:
If you don't see these forms in your Inbox, you can check the Junk folder. I also suggest referring to this article for additional information: Receive important email messages from Intuit. It has troubleshooting steps for specific email providers you can use.
