I want you to know that the system is dependent on whatever setup or information is given by your third-party application. For now, you may connect with Melio to learn more about how payments work with QuickBooks and verify the settings of your bank feed entries. 

Please know that in QuickBooks Online (QBO), you may create a bank rule to easily handle your payments or banking entries so you don't need to reallocate your entries manually.
