Welcome to the Community! Let me point you in the right direction to get your credit card account updated in QuickBooks Online. 

 

If A and B are the same account, I recommend keeping "A" and deleting "B." Fixing the connection with "A" would be the best route. 

 

From there, you'll want to perform some troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue with updating the transactions. Let's use a private browser or incognito window. Here's how: 

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Internet Explorer/Firefox: Ctrl + Shift +
  • Safari: Command + Shift +

 

If that works, go back to your regular session and clear your browser's history
